01 / THE WORKSPACE

A little structure.
A lot more possibility.

From the messy first draft to the post you're proud to share. A desk that keeps the whole process in view.

A small guide to better release notes

Tell people what changed. More importantly, tell them why it matters.

Start with the reader, not the ticket number. A useful release note connects the work your team did to something a person can do now.

Interactive example. Not live workspace data.

02 / A PLACE FOR EVERY PART

Less scattered.
More connected.

Your blog isn't just a text box. It's the people, decisions, and details around every post.

01

Give every post a place.

Keep drafts, authors, tags, and media organized by blog. Switch between publications without switching accounts.

Posts / Authors / Categories / Media

02

Keep the next step clear.

See posts on the editorial calendar. Set publishing details, preview the full article, and review agent requests before they change your content.

Calendar / Previews / Approvals

03

Look beyond the publish button.

Set titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, and social previews. Connect Search Console to understand how people find what you publish.

SEO metadata / Search queries / Page performance

03 / BUILT TO WORK YOUR WAY

Write by hand.
Or bring an agent.

Use the editor when you want to write. Use REST or MCP when you want your tools to help. Scoped API keys and a review queue keep that access deliberate.

Authenticated write requests queue for approval by default.

04 / BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few good
questions.

What does it cost?

SlashBlogs is free and unlimited during early access. No credit card is required. This is an early-access offer, not a promise of free hosting forever.

What can I do with SlashBlogs?

SlashBlogs is a workspace for writing in Markdown, organizing blog posts, working with a team, and managing publishing and search metadata.

Can I manage more than one blog with a team?

Yes. A workspace can contain multiple blogs, each with its own posts, authors, media, settings, and API keys. Invite your team with owner, admin, editor, writer, or viewer roles.

Do I have to use AI?

No. Write and manage posts directly in the Markdown editor. REST and MCP access are there if you want to connect your own tools or agents. MCP write requests enter a review queue by default, so you can approve or reject changes before they run.

Can I publish to an existing website?

You can connect a WordPress site or use the REST API to serve your blog content on your own website. The documentation explains the available publishing actions and setup requirements.

What does the Google Search Console connection show?

Connect your Google Search Console property to explore queries, pages, clicks, impressions, and position. These reports help you understand search performance; they do not guarantee rankings or traffic.
